BEARINGS:
- ID x OD x Length
- Bearings with a minimum wall thickness of 3/16 can be supplied with Met90 Inserts
- Machining Tolerances are I.D. +/- .001, O.D. +/- .001, Length: +/- 1/64
WASHERS:
- ID x OD x Thickness
- Washers with a minimum wall thickness of 3/16 can be supplied with Met90 Inserts
- Washers 1/8 - 3/16 thick are lubricated on both sides
- Thrust Washer Machining Tolerance is O.D. +/- .001, Length: +/- .001
WEAR PLATES:
- Width x Length x Thickness
- Wear Plates with a minimum wall thickness of 3/16 can be supplied with MET 90 inserts.
- Wear Plates 1/8 - 3/16 thick are lubricated on both sides.
OPERATING DATA REQUIRED FOR EACH APPLICATION:
- Total Bearing Load (lbs) or Bearing Load (psi)
- Operating Temperature (Sustained or Intermittent)
- Shaft Speed, Shaft Size
- Type of Motion (Rotating, Oscillating, Sliding)
- Base Metal or Alloy
